The Role: AI Ad Producer

Create the ads that fuel our growth

As our AI Ad Producer, you'll be at the cutting edge of AI-powered advertising. You'll create 3-5 complete video ads per day using AI video generation tools. From concept to final cut — you own the entire creative process. Work directly with the founding team to test, iterate, and scale winning ad creatives.

What you'll do every day

  • Write ad scripts and concepts tailored for social media
  • Generate AI videos using tools like Sora, Seedance, and Kling
  • Edit and polish final ads for maximum impact
  • A/B test different hooks, angles, and creative formats
  • Analyze ad performance and iterate based on data
