The Role
Own the entire supply chain — from sourcing to delivery
You'll work directly with the founders to source new products, find reliable suppliers, and ensure smooth logistics operations.
What You'll Do
- Source new JuiceBox product ideas and evaluate market opportunities
- Find and negotiate with suppliers for packaging, ingredients, and accessories
- Manage transport & logistics — from factory to warehouse to customer
- Ensure stock availability and prevent out-of-stock situations
- Manage reorders, lead times, and inventory planning

What We're Looking For
- Experience in supply chain management, procurement, or sourcing
- Background in sourcing physical consumer products (FMCG, beverages, or similar)
- Knowledge of international shipping & logistics
- Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and cost analysis
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented
