The Role
Design packaging that actually goes to print
You'll design our packaging, limited editions and merchandise — and you'll prepare the final print files yourself. We need someone who owns the full path from first sketch to press-ready artwork.
What You'll Do
- Design packaging for our Bag-in-Box products, sleeves, boxes and outer cartons
- Create seasonal and limited-edition designs (Christmas, summer, special drops)
- Design merchandise and product accessories — from ornaments to socks to display units
- Prepare print-ready files: CMYK, bleed, crop marks, dielines, outlined fonts
- Work with our printers and suppliers to make sure files run clean on press
- Keep everything consistent with the JuiceBox brand identity

A Glimpse Into Team Life
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in packaging or product design
- Expert in Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign (Photoshop is a plus)
- You have prepared real print files that actually went to press
- You know your way around dielines, bleed, CMYK, spot colours and PDF/X standards
- A portfolio with packaging work you can show us
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Reliable, self-driven and comfortable owning projects end to end
