The Role
Own the creative output — from concept to final cut
You'll manage our video editors, hand them new concepts every single day, review their drafts, and iterate with clear feedback until the ad is production-ready.
What You'll Do
- Develop hooks, angles, and concepts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads
- Manage our video editors daily — brief them, review their drafts, iterate fast
- Review drafts and give sharp, specific, timestamped feedback
- Brief UGC creators and shoot briefs for paid creative
- Analyze hook rate, watch-through rate, and CTR to guide what we build next
- Iterate quickly — we ship new creative every week and we need someone who can keep up

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in performance creative / paid social
- Experience briefing and managing video editors or UGC creators
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Obsession with ads — you study them, break them down, and know what works
- Strong creative taste — you know a scroll-stopping ad when you see one, and you know why
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable owning the creative output end-to-end
